Janet’s Booking Process

Inquiry

You’re engaged! Congratulations! Now you’re in need of a florist, decor, draping, and lighting. Well you’ve come to the right place. You’ve taken a look at our services and photos of our work, and you’ve decided you would love to have Janet create your dream wedding. Now it’s time to send us an email!


Consult

After you’ve inquired with Janet’s, we will send you to our Wedding Details Form to begin the planning process. There, you will fill out all of the details for your big day including any of the services you’re interested in. This helps give us an idea of what type of contract you will need. We will then set up an initial phone consultation a consultation to go over all of the details for your wedding including how you want your initial budget formatted 1. Price to budget or 2. Price for inspiration.


After our initial phone consultation, we will put together a budget and send it over to you based on how you want it formatted. This is just a budget and more work will need to be done. Prices may vary 10%-30%. We will also send over a contract and credit card authorization form. We require a signed contract and deposit to hold your date and to provide a detailed invoice.

If priced to budget the budget will advise the client of the best issues of funds and will supply rough figures for cost on items not included.

If priced to inspiration the budget will show rough figures for each item according to inspirational photos shown.

Budget & Contract


Invoice & Meeting

Once you receive the budget, our coordinator can respond to any non design related questions or make budget adjustments. If you have any design related questions, we will need the signed contract to engage the design team. We are always willing to send along more examples of our work to show that we have the experience and expertise to achieve your wedding design goals.

After we receive a signed contract, we will put together a detailed invoice with designed prices for each item. Once invoice is complete, we will set up a meeting with Janet and the design is reviewed.
